The Customer

Three hotels in the Netherlands totaling 630 room, with different telephone hardware, 2 Ericsson phone exchanges and 6 different departements including the reservations department handling hundreds of phonecalls a day and a ever changing number of employees depending on the workload.

The Challenge

For a new hotel with 102 rooms the Hellingman Groep wanted a more flexible solution than the current hardware could offer: lower phone costs, flexible routing and a better integration with a better integration into the hotels central Property Management System supplied by ITESSO.

The Solution

A flexible telephone exchange with deep PMS integration, quality VOIP phones with wake-up function, 2 classy reception desk phones and programmable softphones for the reservations department with ergonomische headsets and intelligent routing of calls depending on the time of day.
